CITIZEN K16E-VII Sliding Head Lathe - The new Citizen K16E-VII combines modern technology and highest precision for the efficient production of turned parts up to 16mm in diameter.

7 axes, 6 turning tools, 4 rotary tools and in total 8 tools for front and back machining allows great flexibility.

Maximum cutting length is 200 mm in one chucking. However, with the optional long work piece unit, components up to 400 mm can be machined. The main spindle is driven by a 3.7 kW motor and the sub-spindle has a 0,75 kW drive. The rotary tool drive also has a 0.40 kW, AC spindle motor giving 6,000 revs/min.
