The machines have dynamically balanced main spindles to ensure good surface finishes over the full speed range. An 12 position Baruffaldi servo motor indexing tool turret is mounted on a 30 degree inclined X axis slide offering good swarf evacuation from tools having a 25 x 25 mm section. Coolant is supplied from a separate external tank which enables easy cleaning and is delivered by a high pressure Grundfos pump.
